Upon official confirmation of payment for your evaluation plan, you will receive an email containing login details to access your evaluation. Once this information is dispatched, no refunds will be granted.
In exceptional cases, if you communicate early, and no trades are executed within the initial 14 days, we may consider refund requests. For assistance in such scenarios, please contact our live support.
Dispute Policy
Clients engaging in improper charge disputes may face legal action and subsequent bans from our platform. Chargeback fraud poses a significant concern in the proprietary trading industry. Traders involved in fraudulent chargebacks may also have their details shared with other firms within the industry to mitigate any lasting impact.
Refunds After Successful Completion Of The Evaluation
Refunds for the challenge fee in our 1-Step program are not offered. Traders are rewarded exclusively based on their performance during the live-funded stage.
